Friday Fun Find!!

Our Friday has been quite busy we almost forgot to post our Fun Find.  Cinnamon did not get a chance to go with me but she knows how much I enjoyed it. It is the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden. This amainezing garden is located a hour north of Portland. This 250 acre garden is on Barters Island road in  Boothbay.   Their pet policy only allows service dogs into the garden. Pets are allowed on surrounding walking trails. My husband and I had a beautiful sunny and clear day to attend. This garden is divided into 8 unique gardens from children's to a 5 sensory garden. My favorite was actually the children's garden. I enjoyed the many color shapes and sizes of plants arranged thru this kid friendly garden. The Botanical garden is opened all year round closing only for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Truly a must visit place for garden lovers everywhere. Trip advisor awarded this garden as the Number one garden on their top 10 list of America's gardens.

We plan to take one more visit before the new year.

Wordless Wednesday!!

Oh my sweet girl. Cinnamon is allowed in many spaces in the house but not our bedroom. She tries often to flash me a puppy dog sad face to get in. I get it. "But you are not allowed" I remind her.  "But I will be out in one minute to rub your belly" Cinnamon waits

patiently.

Friday's Fun Find!!!

Cinnamon loves stopping by the neighborhood duck pond to say hello to the ducks. Over the past year we have watched this group of ducklings grow. The temperature is already becoming cooler and it's sad to think they will soon be gone to a warmer climate for the winter. I am not going to tell Cinnamon we will just keep coming by.

Friday's Fun Find!!!

Androscoggin swinging bridge is a unique experience. This bridge located in Brunswick Maine was built in 1892 by John A. Roebling's Sons they also built New York's Brooklyn Bridge.
We felt a bit intimidated walking across. The river is moving swiftly below and you feel the bridge actually swing as you cross. The views from the bridge are breathtaking. Dogs that are on leash and trained well are allowed to walk across.
